SKU-Q Terms & Conditions of Service, Subscriptions & Seller Escrow Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the SKU-Q platform, browser extension, Progressive Web App (PWA), 30-day SKU demand queues, Stripe-powered Buyer and Seller subscriptions, and Refundable Seller Escrow facilities operated by SEOlith LLC.
1. How 30-Day SKU Demand Queues Work (Zero Upfront Buyer Charge)
- Non-Binding Intent Registration: Joining a SKU demand pool on SKU-Q registers your 30-day buying intent so verified manufacturers and authorized distributors can evaluate aggregate unit volume (Tier 1: 10+ buyers, Tier 2: 25+ buyers, Tier 3: 50+ buyers).
- No Charge Upon Queueing: Buyers are never charged merely for joining a SKU queue or sharing a wishlist.
- Automatic 30-Day Expiration: Standard Free Tier queues automatically expire after 30 calendar days (`auto_expired_30d`) unless extended by the user or upgraded to a 60/90-day SKU-Q Plus or VIP Concierge window.
- 1-Click Undo / Dequeue: Buyers may remove any item from their queue or revoke any shared wishlist link (`SQ-LIST-XXXXXX`) at any time prior to batch checkout.
2. Official Stripe Products, Member Subscriptions & Seller Plans
SKU-Q offers optional paid Buyer Memberships and Verified Seller Subscriptions billed via Stripe Checkout:

3. Subscription Cancellation, Proration & Refund Policy
- Cancel Anytime: Buyer Members (`SKU-Q Plus` and `VIP Concierge`) may cancel or downgrade to the Free Tier (`$0/mo`) at any time with 1 click inside the VIP & Alerts / Stripe Billing tab.
- 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If a new `SKU-Q Plus` or `VIP Concierge` subscriber has not claimed any VIP Flash Deal within 7 days of initial purchase, they may request a full 100% Stripe refund via support@skuq.tech.
- Verified Seller Escrow & Fee Rebate: Under SKU-Q's signature Zero-Risk Seller Model, when a Verified Pro Seller (`$49/mo`) stakes a batch escrow deposit and fulfills an unlocked SKU pool within the committed SLA, both the batch escrow stake and the monthly seller fee are rebated upon verified carrier delivery (`ESCROW_DELIVERY_REFUNDED`).
4. Acceptable Use, 5-Layer Anti-Phishing Firewall & Anti-Bot Rules
Users agree not to submit malicious URLs, affiliate-cloaked redirectors (`bit.ly`, `tinyurl.com`), typosquatted phishing domains, or automated bot traffic. All submitted links are inspected by SKU-Q's 5-Layer Edge URL Firewall (`POST /api/security/vet-url`) and all waitlist/pool submissions require passing our Anti-Bot Honeypot + Mathematical CAPTCHA Verification. Violations result in immediate domain quarantine and account termination.
5. Export Control & Sanctions Compliance (22 CFR ITAR, 15 CFR EAR & OFAC)
All SKU pools and cross-border batch shipments are subject to mandatory screening under eCFR Title 22 (22 CFR Parts 120–130 ITAR), 15 CFR Parts 730–774 (EAR), and 31 CFR Parts 500–599 (OFAC Sanctions). Defense articles on the U.S. Munitions List (`USML`) and transactions involving comprehensively embargoed jurisdictions (`CU`, `IR`, `KP`, `SY`, `RU`, `BY`) are strictly prohibited and automatically blocked on the Cloudflare Edge (`BLOCKED_EMBARGO_OFAC_ITAR`).
6. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Contact Information
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For legal, billing, or seller escrow inquiries:
